A Cheshire based telecoms company, renowned for innovative IP technology has opened a new office in Sydney after securing 3 new deals.
Knutsford, Cheshire. 24 January 2013: Voice Concepts, a global provider of voice and data solutions, has responded to a succession of new project wins in Australia and New Zealand by opening a new office in Sydney, NSW.
“Over the past few years we have seen significant growth in Australasia so we decided it was time to expand and cement our position in the region,” said CEO Steve Carter, a fervent advocate of all things Manchester, especially United.
Voice Concepts has been based in Knutsford for over 10 years and partners with leading technology vendors such as Avaya, Cisco, C & W and Mitel.
Mr Carter said “With an abundance of natural resources, dedicated workforce and stable government, the Australian economy has grown considerably over the past decade and the forecast is for further progress. We aim to increase our presence in the region and our new office will enhance our progress.”
Investment in the new premises has been funded from existing facilities.
Voice Concepts has clients such as BP, Standard Life, Virgin and American Airlines.
